Laurent Thoumine, a graduate of ESC Troyes specializing in transport and logistics, is currently Managing Director at Accenture, where he is responsible for the European retail sector and consumer goods in France and Benelux.
As Co-Founder of Grizzly Stores, the first operator of connected ephemeral stores, he plays a leading role in retail innovation. He is also Co-Owner of Massivedetails, a company focused on the digital transformation of retail and mass distribution.
Laurent has held key positions at Celio as VP Supply Chain, IT and Organization, as well as at Price Waterhouse Coopers as Manager, and at Groupe Casino as Chief Information Officer (CIO).
Accenture is a premium partner of Tech For Retail, and Laurent will join the board in 2021.
Elodie joined Carrefour as Marketing Director in 2018. She then held the position of Executive Director of E-Commerce and Marketing before being appointed Director of E-Commerce and E-Commerce Logistics for France in 2020.
In March 2021, she was appointed Executive Director E-Commerce, Data and Digital Transformation for the Carrefour Group.
Prior to this, Elodie was Sales Director at Fnac and then at Fnac Darty for around 6 years.
Elodie joined the Tech For Retail adventure at its first edition in 2021.
Émilie has held a number of management positions throughout her career, notably at NielsenIQ as Global FMCG Clients Group Leader, Global Client Business Partner and Sales Operations Lead Markets in Asia and Europe.
Émilie is based in France and will report to Tracey Massey, COO of NielsenIQ.

Elise Ducret, a graduate of the Sorbonne, joined L'Oréal in 1998, where she played a pioneering role in the digital field. She held key positions, notably as webmaster and Internet manager within the group.
In 2009, she created the Digital e-business department at L'Oréal Paris France, implementing the digital strategy and launching the brand's first e-boutique. In 2015, she took over the management of the NYX Professional Makeup brand in France, contributing to its digital success. In 2019, she was appointed head of the CMO structure at L'Oréal France, where she implemented digital transformation, data strategy and e-commerce acceleration.
Since November 2021, Elise has held the position of Retail Transformation Director for L'Oréal's luxury division, overseeing prestigious brands such as Lancôme and Yves Saint Laurent.
Elise will bring her expertise to the Tech For Retail board from 2021.
Prior to taking over as head of SAP France last April, Olivier Nollent held the position of Vice President, Industries at the German group. Immediately prior to this, he spent five years at Salesforce.
A graduate of Inseec, he began his career at HP, before spending 13 years at Microsoft.
SAP France has been a partner of Tech For Retail since the beginning of the adventure. Olivier will join the TFR board in 2023.
He has 7 years' experience in retail, previously working at Carrefour and Celio.
At Celio, as Chief Digital Officer, François played a key role in the company's transformation into an omni-channel retailer.
Prior to this, he was Digital Strategy Director and e-commerce COO at Carrefour, where he launched the Drive activity and led the portal redesign.
François was also an entrepreneur when he founded Inexbee, which was sold to SFR in 2007, and began his career as a consultant with Bossard Consultants.
François has been involved with the Tech For Retail board since 2021.
Marie Lalleman has been a member of Criteo's Board of Directors since 2019 and also holds the position of Chair of the Nomination and Corporate Governance Committee.
Since January 2021, she has acted as senior advisor to the CEOs and C-Suite of various global media, retail and data analytics companies.
From 2017 to January 2021, she was Executive Vice President, Global Strategic Partners, at The Nielsen Company, leading business strategies with online retailers and electronic media clients.
From 2007 to 2017, Marie Lalleman held various other executive and leadership positions on the Nielsen Europe and Nielsen Global Retailer management teams.

Anne-Laure Feldkircher is Group Executive Vice President, Transformation and Strategy, in charge of steering the transformation and execution of the strategic plan, as well as indirect purchasing, the performance plan and the Ticketing business.
A graduate of Sciences-Po Paris and ESSEC, Anne-Laure Feldkircher began her career in 2009 as a consultant with the Boston Consulting Group.
In 2013, she joined the Strategy Department of Maison Hermès, then that of Groupe Casino.
From 2015 to 2017, she actively participated in the turnaround of a Groupe Casino Business Unit as Strategy Director, and also steered the Concept and Store Organization Departments.
In January 2018, she joined the Fnac Darty Group.
Anne-laure has been a member of the Tech For Retail board since 2021.
A graduate of HEC, Didier Veloso began his career in 1992 in the food industry, working for Nestlé.
After managing the Maggi brand, he opened up to other sectors by joining Unilever in 1997. He then managed the Brut brand, before taking control of the "hair" category at European level. He then moved on to the Dove brand in the United States, before taking over as vice-president of beverages in Europe and Russia. He concludes his twenty years of service to Unilever as Executive Vice President of Unilever Food Solutions.
Since 2018, he has set up a consulting agency to support business leaders in accelerating growth and transformation.
In 2022, he will become Executive Chairman and CEO of GS1 France.
